基于場地區位,設計團隊希望改造后的場地空間增加煙火氣,避免清冷堅硬的商業氛圍,讓商業擁抱溫度。

策略一 | 重塑邊界 模糊場地邊界,重塑場地開口,賦予更多的到達可能 | Blur the boundary and reshape the public space
商業建筑不能脫離形式為功能服務的原則,隨著消費人群與消費習慣的改變,消費需求也趨于多樣,空間場所也應基于消費需求構建出新的“引力場”,創造更多元
的購物空間。
Commercial buildings cannot be separated from the principle of form serving functions. With the change of consumer groups and consumption habits, consumer demand tends
to be diversified. Space places should also construct a new "gravitational field" based on consumer demand to create more diversified shopping space.
采用邊界模糊策略,將幾個不同的空間類型利用流線元素進行拼合。豐富原場地立體視覺。

策略二 | 整合空間 梳理內部流線,并對空間屬性進行分類 | Sort out the internal streamline and classify the spatial attributes
本案作為社區商業的公共場地,到訪客群女性多于男性;客群類型以辦公客群(聯合辦公人員與萬科工作人員)為主,其次為住宅區東晟府住戶。本項目與其他項目
最大的區別是景觀表現與需求的融合,因此,我們在尊重原有建筑及鋪裝現狀的基礎上,將景觀改造的重點放在小的景觀節點上。且對項目內部流線及空間屬性進行
了重新梳理,嘗試打破建筑內外分割,增加人群停留點,提升場地整體的“煙火氣”。
As a public venue for community business, this case attracted more women than men in the visitor group; the type of client group was mainly office clientele (co-working staff
and Vanke staff), followed by residents of Dongsheng Mansion in the residential area.The biggest difference between this project and other projects is the integration of lands-
cape performance and demand. Therefore, on the basis of respecting the current status of the original buildings and paving, we will focus on the landscape transformation on
small landscape nodes. In addition, the internal circulation and spatial attributes of the project have been reorganized, trying tobreak the division between the interior and ex-
terior of the building, increase the number of people staying, and enhance the overall "activate our streets" of the site.

原來的商業是屬于高冷類型的景觀,它是漂亮的、精致的、高冷的;但是因為它越來越不符合我們日常生活的使用需求,僅有精致外表不夠,它需要人去使用,需要
讓商業有溫度。適當的人性化景觀加法,讓建筑褪去冰冷的外衣,增加柔軟的點滴暖意。
The original commercial is a high-cold landscape. It is beautiful, exquisite, and high-cold; but because it increasingly does not meet the needs of our daily life, only the exquisite
appearance is not enough. It needs people to use it. Need to let the business have temperature. Appropriate addition of humanized landscape allows the building to fade away
from the cold coat and add a soft bit of warmth.

主車行道的位置取消原來易損耗的石材鋪裝,從而改為瀝青材質+地面畫線的形式,減少日常維護的同時導視增強指示性。

西入口后方有一片比較大的閑置空間,原本被機動車占據成為臨時停車場,堵死了這邊空間的活力與人氣。設計師對空間進行調整 ,在保證消防通道的前提下,也
給人群活動留下更多可能。
There is a relatively large unused space behind the west entrance, which was originally occupied by motor vehicles as a temporary parking lot, blocking the vitality and popula-
rity of this space. The designer adjusts the space to leave more possibilities for crowd activities on the premise of ensuring the fire escape.
寵物樂園 | Pet paradise
口袋公園 | Pocket park
口袋公園是協調場地屬性,增強空間服務性,”洄游“的中心。
The pocket park is the center of "migration" by coordinating the property of the site and enhancing the spatial service.
人不是冰冷的個體,聚集起來就變成了光和熱 | People are not cold individuals, but together they become light and heat.
來客通過流線指引匯集在口袋公園區域,孩子在跳泉里嬉戲,情人在座椅上長談,老友在傘下輕啜。還是那個老地方,在跳泉的涌動下”洗“出了一片新天地。
Guests gathered in the pocket park area through streamline guidance, children were playing in the jumping spring, lovers chatted on the seats, and old friends sipped under
the umbrella. It was still that old place, and a new world was "washed" under the surging of jumping springs.
廣場舞、帶娃嬉水、納涼閑聊...社區活動豐富多彩了。

項目均屬社區型購物中心。社區商業優秀的抗風險能力、強大生命力和活力,決定了社區商業獲得了從上而下的肯定。同時,疫后消費者追求的便利、健康型生活模
式,與實體商業的個性化、體驗化趨勢相碰撞,使小而美、精而全、便而捷的社區型購物中心成為商業的熱門增長點。
